HALL RENTAL

The VFW Post 6902 Banquet Hall is available for rent by contacting our Canteen staff in person MON-FRI from 3PM to 10PM or Sat / SUN 1PM to 10PM.  Obtain a Hall Rental Application and submit it for approval.  
 
Be sure to check the Hall Rental Calendar for available dates.
 
NOTE: Any/all hall rentals must first be approved by one of the post officers.
 
VFW Hall Info:  Currently the hall rental fee is $450.00 plus $200 deposit for security / maintenance.  Our Hall includes the bar access if scheduled during normal business hours (MON - SUN 3pm to 10pm).  The hall is currently limited to 75 people by the Highlands. NJ Fire Marshal.  Use of the external yard is possible with coordination and doesn't conflict with Post events.
 
VFW Hall resources: The Hall was renovated in 2026 and has two restrooms that were also renovated in 2025.  We provide tables, chairs, Large Screen TV, WIFI, and a counter top area with electrical outlets to help serve your provided food.  We have a small kitchen with a fridge and freezer to help service your provided food.   
 
VFW Hall FAQ: Please contact us for details and our Quartermaster can answer some questions.  However to book the room our Hall Rental Coordinators are our Canteen Bar staff who are available 7 days a week.   Please call 732-872-2944 Mon - SUN from 3pm to 10PM, if no one answers please leave a message, we will get back to you.  It is preferred that anyone interested in booking the VFW Hall physically visits our Canteen so our Bar staff can go over the contract and coordinate the deposit.
